My name is Livija Gotz, I’m 44 years old, and I live in Sint- Niklaas. 

Photography is my hobby. I enjoy taking photos of everything that catches my eye, but my greatest passion is people and animal photography. Artistic photos are something I consider my signature work. 

Photography caught my attention four years ago when I started taking photos of my cat. My partner immediately recognized my talent and he gifted me a brand new Nikon camera for my birthday. This is when the real journey began. 

Throughout these past years of work, I received a couple of rewards, the most important two being the Fujifilm award and the other one is my photo being hung in around 100 rooms in an A-stay hotel in Antwerpen. 

I dedicate this expo to the loving memory of my father, which is precisely why I wanted to do something different and noble. All of my photos you can see in this expo are printed on a towel, and the revenue will be donated to two non-profit organizations whose work I value:

Kinder Kanker fond and Rata’s animal shelter.
